What are my commitments in the contract?

There is absolutely no commitment. The only commitment that you have is to always allow your customers to use all the FanDine Credits they have collected at your restaurant.

How can consumers redeem their FanDine Credits?

Customers redeem accumulated FanDine Credits at the time of transaction. Credits can also be converted to cash and stored in their virtual “Wallet”. This is done automatically through the system.

How do I receive online payments?

FanDine app is integrated with Stripe, a third party online payment application that allows customers to securely transfer money directly into your bank account. Visit the Stripe website for more.

How do I change my bank account information?

You can always change your bank account information through your stripe account.

How do I manage my restaurant menu on the FanDine app?

You can manage all your menu changes (Items, Pictures, Prices...) through the FanDine Owner Web, your one-stop restaurant management application.
